About Me
I'm Jodie, a Fun and Vibrant Celebrant in Epsom VIC.
For as long as I can remember, I have been a conversationalist. My friends and family constantly mention it, my workplace love it and even my school reports would say things like 'could talk underwater with a mouth full of marbles!' I love to know people through their stories and find most connect with me for my open and relatable nature.
My husband Chris and I got married in an outdoor personalised wedding ceremony, and both we and our guests loved it. It was a chance to get creative and make our wedding ceremony meaningful and beautiful.
We incorporated uplifting readings told by our friends – we let our guests hear our authentic story, my friend played acoustic guitar whilst we signed our certificate, another friend did a reading, we got the guests involved with a Blessing of the rings and we said vows that were informal but meant something from the heart. It was all very classic and traditional but with our flair and humour inserted.
I had so much fun with our wedding that I decided to become a Marriage Celebrant and the rest is history!

For years I have been able to meet so many lovely people and have helped them tell their stories and have original, fun, meaningful and beautiful ceremonies that reflect them, their personalities and lives.

I am very creative and loved doing the DIY touches to our wedding. I handmade our cake topper from clay - The possibilities are endless!

I am a Medical Scientist in Pathology in my spare time!
